ASTM SA213 T9 pipes have typical material composition, maximum 0.15 carbon, 0.30-0.60 manganese, 0.025 sulfur, 0.025 phosphorus, 0.90-1.10 molybdenum, with physical properties such as minimum tensile strength 415 Mpa and minimum yield strength 205 Mpa. Alloy A213 T9 seamless pipes are very suitable for high temperature and high pressure environments with excellent ductility and creep resistance.
A213 T9 superheater tubes are suitable for high temperature applications below 600 degree , mainly used in high temperature and high pressure steam power plants to heat steam to superheated state to improve the thermal efficiency of power plants.
